We provide comprehensive NHS primary care services to help you manage your health and well-being.

We are fortunate to practice in the multi-functional environment of Denny Health Centre in Carronbank House which is located right in the centre of he town. We share the building with our community nursing staff, physiotherapists, podiatrists, pharmacists, mental health nurse and speech therapists in addition to the local social work, one-stop shop, and housing departments. A social work run Day Care facility is also on site.

We are an established training practice and we are currently involved in training both GPs and practice nurses. In the new circumstances created by the Coronavirus pandemic, we have started to work in new ways, and we encourage the use of the eConsult facility, or we can offer telephone or video consultations. If a face to face appointment is required, this can be arranged, under safe conditions.

Staff shortages and appointment requests

We are still seeing everyone who needs a face-to-face appointment, but in most cases, you will be asked to speak to the doctor first, to ensure that this is necessary. The safety of all our patients and staff is still our main priority so we are working like this to try and ensure that we are dealing with problems in the most appropriate way. Please have understanding for our staff when you are in contact with them and do not be frustrated if you are looking for an appointment – we are managing many problems through eConsults and over the phone where this is possible, but you will be seen if it is necessary. Please note that any verbal abuse of staff is not acceptable and will not be tolerated. Thank you for your understanding.
