EMIS Access is a new and convenient way to
book appointments at Carronbank Medical Practice
over the internet.

1. Ask at reception for details about how to register for this service.
2. Click here or on the EMIS Access logo below:

3. Create an account using your registration sheet - this will include the practice ID number, an access ID number and your NHS number.
4. Choose a password which you will use in future to log into the site. You will then be able to sign in and book or cancel an appointment.

Appointments can only be booked up to 4 weeks in advance and are restricted to 2 per patient at any one time. if you are not able to keep your appointment you can use EMIS Access to cancel it.
